North County Land Trust, Inc. was founded in 1994 to protect and preserve open space in north central Massachusetts.

Land Protection—We work with landowners, communities and citizen groups to conserve land through donations and financing from various sources. We partner with state agencies and other conservation organizations in landscape scale conservation projects.

Conservation Restrictions—We protect land in private ownership through conservation restrictions which we hold and monitor.

Land Stewardship—NCLT is committed to good stewardship of our conservation land. Our Conservation Areas are open to the public and we encourage community participation in their management.

Other Information—NCLT is a non-profit land conservation organization, tax-exempt under section 501c(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Contributions to NCLT are tax-deductible, as allowed by law.

NCLT is incorporated under Massachusetts state law.
